troubleshooter for hire will solve his client's problem by any ethical means short of murder. Frank Lovejoy is a hard-hitting private eye known only by the name: McGraw. Although not intended as a pilot, Lovejoy spun the character into the 1957-'58 TV series "Meet McGraw." First shown on Feb. 25, 1954, as an episode of "Four Star Playhouse."
