Hab noch was gefunden.. über James Garner.. ist jedoch schon 1 1/2 Jahre... Aber es passt mit der Mitteilung in Sachen Autogramm zusammen....

Concerns are growing for the health of James Garner, after the actor was photographed visiting a Beverly Hills, California hospital, looking frail and distant. A nurse and driver struggled to carry the 80-year-old Space Cowboys star from his car into a wheelchair outside the medical center, before he was strapped in and pushed inside.

Garner - clutching a cane and wearing the colors of his favourite college football team, the University of Oklahoma, appeared vacant and oblivious to the photographers snapping away at him.

Garner suffered a stroke in May, and spent three weeks in the hospital after undergoing surgery. Speaking after he was discharged, a friend insisted the star would recover, saying, "He's pulling through, but he has a long recovery ahead of him. But he's improved steadily."

But one onlooker told WENN, "He looked pale. The photographers tried to talk to him, but he didn't respond. Some of the photographers got up close, but he didn't seem aware they were even there."

The actor's representative has confirmed, "Jim was at the medical centre yesterday for a routine outpatient check up with his doctor."

Das war aber vor 1 1/2 Jahren. Inzwischen kann viel passiert sein...

Sicher....aber hoffen wir das beste!

Ganz zurückgezogen vom Filmgeschäft hat sich James wohl doch noch nicht.

Er war noch kürzlich bei einem Film als Produzent dabei. Der Film heißt "Chemistry" und wurde gerade erst fertiggestellt. Leider nur ein Kurzfilm von 12 Minuten - aber er war der Associate Producer bei diesem Film.

Zudem war James Garner jüngst in dem Dokumentarfilm "For Love of Liberty: The Story of America's Black Patriots " dabei, wo er eine Sprechrolle hatte

Das sieht doch gut aus. Wenn ihm das ab und zu noch bekommt (in Maßen), hält ihn das auch noch aktiv.

Super. Dann geht es ihm also wieder besser. (Nur Autogramme gibt es keine mehr...!!)

Vllt. wurde durch seinen leichten Schlaganfall sein rechter Arm in Mitleidenschaft gezogen - und signiert deswegen nicht mehr....
